I’m a licensed Therapist based in Seattle, WA. My goal is to help lessen life's pressures and to remind you to care for yourself as much as you care for others. Together we will work on strategies to move you toward a happier, more peaceful life. I have over 20 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, high-stress work environments, burnout, work-life balance, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, panic disorder, ADHD, OCD and life transitions. My approach to therapy is integrative (CBT, DBT, ERP), meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and work with my clients to identify their unique needs and goals. Together, we will explore thoughts and emotions to gain insight, develop new skills and healthy coping mechanisms.
