Overview

I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 8 years experience in treating mental health care issues and over 20 years experience in general health care. I received my Associates and Bachelors degrees in nursing from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. I see clients aged 6 and up and treat a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders and ADHD. Medication management is the main focus of my practice but I also speak to lifestyle changes and complimentary and alternative approaches to managing symptoms. I work with clients to create an individualized plan of care in order for them to live their best life. I enjoy educating clients on the medications currently available and the evidence-based treatments that studies have shown to be beneficial.
