I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in treating individuals from age 21+ and couples. My areas of focus include trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, grief & loss, and women's issues. I take a holistic and relational approach, exploring how personal history and learned habits may influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we can work towards accessing your innate capacity for compassionate self-care.

I grew up in a small town outside Chicago and relocated to Seattle in 2009, where I started my counseling practice. I am married with 2 boys and 4 grandchildren. I have a deep passion for my work and a strong compassion for my clients. My goal is to be an ally and support in the therapy process, helping clients find greater balance, self- awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose and satisfaction.
