Overview
As a board-certified Pediatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Washington State, I have over 20 years of experience. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strength-based, and person-centered, combining medication management, brief psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral interventions. In addition, I am a certified executive function coach to assist with ADHD strategies, as medication is not the sole intervention for EF difficulties. I offer trauma-informed care that fosters a sense of safety & trust, while empowering patients to actively engage in their healing journey. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, comfortable, and appropriately challenged in our work. Together, we will work to enhance your resilience and well-being through personalized, compassionate care that meets you where you are and supports your individual goals.
