Hello! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I earned my BSN and Master of Nursing in Occupational and Environmental Health and Psychiatric Mental Health Master of Nursing Practice Certificate at the University of Washington. I have experience in a wide variety of roles in the mental health field. Since 1998, I have provided services to people facing difficulties and have seen amazing resiliency and recovery. I believe that people can recover from difficult conditions and events and am passionate about contributing support. I work hard to form a therapeutic alliance with patients using a holistic approach, empowering them with active listening and education to find their path to healing.
