Overview

Hello, I'm Gabi the Shrink - or if you prefer something more formal, Gabi Pirralho, LICSW. I am a counselor and psychotherapist with a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and have been practicing since 2017.

I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, challenges with relationships, issues with self-esteem, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma, and adjustments to life transitions. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and also bring a psychodynamic and humanistic lens to my practice. I am also a certified professional in trauma and grief/loss.
