Hello! I'm an ANCC board-certified PMHNP licensed in Washington. I've gained valuable experience working in different mental health settings, inpatient and outpatient care, and emergency psychiatry. I take a personalized approach with the goal of seeing one reach their full potential. I make sure there is a judgement free atmosphere; everyone should feel comfortable, respected, and heard. I want to understand patients and do everything in my power to help reach their goals. I present a shared decision making approach, providing a detailed analysis of interventions with risks and benefits to help us decide the best course of action. I also love when I have a chance to provide therapy, it feels good to see the power simple conversations can have.
