Welcome! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Washington state. With diverse experience in mental health, including inpatient hospitals, crisis stabilization, and outpatient clinics, I provide psychiatric evaluations, brief psychotherapy, and evidence-based medication management. My approach is patient-centered, rooted in mindfulness and CBT, aiming to give you the tools for optimal mental health. I utilize a holistic approach, examining the biopsychosocial factors that contribute to your well-being. Expect honest and nonjudgmental communication in a safe environment. In addition to medication management, I focus on therapeutic interventions rooted in CBT, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
