Overview

My experiences with those who have faced trauma have shown me the challenges of emotional and physical pain. Finding ourselves, even when changed by violence, injury, stress or disease, can provide a new path forward. Life can be good again. I believe the shadow will pass, and your light will remain.

I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR, trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Therapy skills, DBT, somatic psychotherapy, psycho dynamic and humanistic psychology. I have also been an instructor at UW, and in medical residency clinics.
