I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Mindful Therapy Group. With 20 years of nursing experience, I provide evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered treatment. My goal is to empower patients to effectively manage their health and make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Qualified in both primary and psychiatry, I diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication to patients of all ages. Graduated with honors from Maryville University St. Louis and the University of Texas Tyler, I create a safe space for patients to voice their needs and concerns.
