I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Washington state. With diverse experience in mental health, including inpatient hospitals, crisis stabilization, and outpatient clinics, I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and brief psychotherapy rooted in mindfulness and CBT. I also offer evidence-based medication management. My patient-centered care approach, combined with an evidence-based methodology, equips patients with the necessary tools to achieve optimal mental health function.
