Overview

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Colorado and Washington. I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Bachelor of Nursing from Platt College, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University. I provided patient centered care in the ICU for 14 years where my passion for mental health began.

I focus on achieving optimal mental wellbeing through a collaborative process of psychotherapy, medication management, goal setting, and lifestyle changes. My goal is to help my patients live a better life by approaching therapy holistically, person-centered, and solution focused. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking with my three dogs, and painting.
