I help clients by creating a grounded, nonjudgmental space where they can explore what’s not working and build new, healthier patterns. My specialty is helping people understand the deeper roots of their stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-esteem challenges. I combine evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, collaborative approach, so client's can find their own way through their storm.
