Overview

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice I’m here to help you with your mental health needs. I prescribe psychotropic medications, do some counseling, and use tried and true techniques (as in yoga therapy) to address the gamut of mental health disorders. Know that there's no shame in asking for help. In fact it's commendable-for your own sake and for the sake of your loved ones.

More about me, I’m originally from AZ but have called the PNW home for the last 15 years and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I graduated from UW in 2017 so have a few years of prescriptive practice under my belt. Before that my background has been in psychiatric and medical/surgical bedside nursing. As for my interests I enjoy yoga, rock climbing, hiking, movies, gaming, gardening, and chess, to name a few.
