Overview
I serve youth, families, and young adults facing challenges such as communication breakdowns, behavioral concerns, anxiety, and trauma-related difficulties are looking for a safe space to express themselves, learn coping skills, improve relationships, and develop healthier patterns of interaction. I want to help clients foster resilience, enhance emotional regulations, strengthen bonds, and promote overall well-being.
I work with families and individuals from 10-24. I believe that our family systems make up much of who we are across our lifespan. I utilize cognitive and culturally responsive approaches to make a client’s time in therapy true to their narrative and individual needs.
