Overview

My desire is to create a safe place where clients feel supported to address challenges. I believe it's important to find someone you connect with and can be vulnerable with to discover your authentic self. Our relationship will provide a safe place to process feelings and undesirable coping mechanisms. I provide a collaborative, supportive, and safe place to begin counseling.



I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with a Masters of Science in Counseling from Portland State University. I take a person-centered and holistic approach, focusing on your needs. Humor and levity are important aspects of our time together, as laughter is essential for connection and healing.
