Overview
I believe we all deserve to wake up and live a life that both excites and soothes us every day. If we aren't currently living authentically, we have the ability to change and grow to reach our goals. I approach therapy with curiosity and nonjudgmental partnership. I'm a Registered Counseling Associate in Oregon, working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach includes mindfulness-based techniques, whole-person health, and evidence-based methods like ACT, CBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Proudly LGBTQIA+ aligned, I empower clients to connect with their inner strengths.
I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master of Education in Applied Kinesiology with an emphasis on Sport Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications: Public Relations. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate for a Doctorate in Education in Sport and Performance Psychology, focusing on identity.
