Hello! I'm Cristen, an LICSW with a passion for helping you heal and reach your desired goals. It can feel overwhelming beginning your therapy journey, and I'm here to help you as you go at your own pace. I have experience both in trauma therapy and as a clinical supervisor working with PTSD, human trafficking, and abuse. I also provide services to those with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, self-harm/suicidal ideation, behavioral struggles, school issues, and other additional concerns.


I like to use a warm, empowering, and strengths-based approach to meet you right where you are at. It can feel hard to connect with someone through a screen, but I work hard to create engaging sessions and activities that are tailored, specifically, for you.
