Overview
Everyone has difficult times or struggles, and no one should have to feel alone of hopeless during those times. It is my passion to work with people to move through those tough times in life and come out feeling stronger and happier on the other side. I start by working with clients to understand where they are now and the challenges they are currently facing. I utilize a collaborative approach with clients to develop and implement a plan to assist them with moving forward, while also celebrating successes in the healing process. I believe therapy is not a one size fits all process and work with clients on creative solutions, using creative interventions to meet their needs.
