Hi! I'm Tyler, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado, Denver. I have worked in the mental health field in various roles over the last several years, and am eager to be an advocate for you on your mental health journey!

I approach therapy from a strengths-based and person-centered lens, which means I believe you are the expert of your own experience. I want to help you identify the strengths you already have, and leverage those strengths to promote positive change and help meet your goals in a way that aligns with your values. To help you gain skills and tools to deal with life's challenges, I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT).
