Overview
I offer an integrated somatic and relational approach for those drawn to deeper self-understanding. We explore how attachment experiences and stored trauma live in the body and nervous system, shaping how we love, connect, and relate to ourselves. The aim isn't fixing what's broken, but reconnecting with an innate capacity for self-compassion, presence, and aliveness.
Grounded in a mind-body-spirit orientation, I believe we heal in relationship — with one another and the living world. I weave in nature-based practices to support regulation, reflection, and belonging.
Common themes include boundaries, codependency, shame, anxiety, and a longing for meaning and connection.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and a NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) therapist for attachment and developmental trauma. I also draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, parts work, mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, and Nonviolent Communication. I primarily see individuals and a few couples.
