Overview
I have over 14 years of experience and currently take clients statewide through telehealth. I am a trained trauma informed therapist that specializes in depression, anxiety, youth population, & addictions. I work with clients 13+. I began my career working in non profit agencies with youth populations struggling with addictions and mental health disorders. I expanded my skill set by joining a group practice and leading online addictions center in 2019. I now work in private practice.
I'm dedicated to meeting you where you are at, creating a safe environment for you to do the work needed to reach your goals. Because everyone and every goal is different, we may use CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, or a mix of modalities to achieve your goals.
