Overview
I see a wide range of clients, primarily working with clients age 8 and up struggling with anxiety and depression, having difficulty living their best authentic life. My goal is to help you face these obstacles and to empower you to be your best authentic self.
In my practice I use a transpersonal/holistic and person-centered approach, utilizing mindfulness practice, and art therapy to find wholeness.
My work with clients and person-centered in nature, I am a guide to your journey to wellness. With skills in nature-based practices will help bring you a sense of connection to the world.
