Being a counselor is the best job in the world. I get to witness you find hope and healing while connecting to your most authentic self.

In our sessions, we may explore past experiences, bodily sensations, thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies. I use EMDR, mindfulness, self-compassion, solution-focused and narrative therapy, CBT, DBT skills, expressive arts, psychodrama, and other eclectic methods tailored to your healing.

I offer compassion and a space to be seen—while also challenging you—because I believe that with support and encouragement, you can reach your goals and live fully.
