The ideal client is navigating a season of growth and transformation. They may have experienced past hurts or betrayals, which have shaped how they approach relationships and intimacy. These challenges have sometimes led to struggles with trust, communication, or setting boundaries in their personal or romantic relation.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients explore the different "parts" of themselves—their inner voices, emotions, and patterns—to uncover how these parts may be working to protect them, even if they sometimes cause conflict.
