With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes — grief, trauma, anxiety, panic, OCD, and the deep attachment injuries that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. My work is grounded in evidence based approaches and advanced training in attachment focused modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFS) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I have a long history of supporting older adults, caregivers, and families navigating dementia, chronic illness, and end of life transitions. I also work with children, teens, and adults who are seeking a therapist who can hold complexity with steadiness and skill.
