Hey there - I'm glad you're here! Maybe you’re looking for ways to manage anxiety, work through life’s unexpected challenges, or find strategies to better support your ADHD and/or other neurodivergent needs. Whatever your reason is, I'm here to help by providing a person-centered, judge-free space with a healthy balance of humor.

Over the past decade, I have provided trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families across a variety of life stages and circumstances. My practice draws on CBT, DBT, EFT, and Motivational Interviewing, with extensive training and experience with clients who are neurodivergent.

At the end of the day, whatever approach works best for you, works for me, too. I believe healing can happen, all in good time:)
