I support (ages 12+) youth, adults, families, & couples from marginalized & diverse backgrounds including, but not limited to individuals with complex medical/ mental health diagnoses, developmental disorders, Autism, ADHD, & so forth.

My approach is a holistic trauma informed care approach with family systems and mindfulness evidence-based approaches designed to help one feel included, safe, and empowered.
