Overview

I am here to support you in defining and making that change. My style is warm, relational, collaborative, and down to earth. I will meet you where you are and be direct when it’s helpful. Sometimes we’ll laugh together, sometimes we’ll process things deeply, and sometimes I’ll gently point out patterns and encourage accountability.
