Individuals and families who come to me often feel stuck or disconnected from their true selves. They may struggle with self-doubt, boundaries, or a lack of clarity, while also carrying a deep desire for growth, confidence, and inner peace. Many are seeking a greater sense of alignment and authenticity, and want support in becoming more grounded and empowered in their lives.
With a background in family therapy and community mental health, I’m passionate about helping people navigate some of their most difficult experiences, including trauma. My approach integrates person-centered therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), creating a collaborative space where meaningful, lasting change can take place.
