Hello, I am glad you are here! I offer a safe, encouraging, non-judgmental space for you to come as you are as I support and walk alongside you. My approach focuses on the connection between the mind, brain, body, and spirit and the significant relationships and experiences throughout your life that are impacting you in the here and now.
I have additional training in trauma, attachment, and somatic work for individuals and couples. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy- EFT, Internal Family Systems- IFS, Somatic Integrated Processing-SIP, Neurobiology, and EMDR. Together, we will make sense of what is happening and why as you gain a better understanding of yourself and grow more secure in your relationship with yourself and others. My hope is to help you get to the root of the issues you are bumping up against and heal, not just offer behavior modifications or surface-level fixes. I specialize in faith-based counseling and welcome all clients regardless of their beliefs or background.
