What types of providers does Mindful Therapy Group work with?

We partner with independently licensed therapists, associate therapists, psychologists, and psychiatric prescribers.

We understand that therapy and psychiatric care is very personal, and it is important to find a therapist or psychiatric provider you connect with. Our Intake Coordinators are here to help! They can match you with a provider that fits your presenting issues, preferences, schedule and insurance coverage. You can also search for providers and read their profiles here.

If you are ready to get started, fill out the New Client Form or give us a call here!

Typical co-pay or co-insurance costs range from $10 to $35 Please view our payment policies page for a comprehensive list of policies.

We know navigating insurance can be confusing! We will check your benefits, and share an estimate of your mental health coverage via our Patient Portal. What we provide is just an estimate and not a guarantee of your financial responsibility. We strongly encourage you to verify your mental health coverage with your insurance provider by calling them.

For more information about our insurance billing policies, and the carriers we accept, view the Insurances page!

Whether in-person or online, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Be sure to complete all of the forms in your Patient Portal prior to the appointment. Your provider may spend a portion of the appointment reviewing their practice policies, approach to treatment, and expectations. Each provider has their own approach , and may structure your appointment differently.

For medication management, you will typically be scheduled for several follow-up appointments when your initial appointment is scheduled. Please note, many providers will not prescribe during the first visit.

Providers can typically be reached by phone, email, or Patient Portal message. During the first appointment, your provider will share their preferred method of contact.

If you need support with scheduling, paying a bill, records requests, etc., you can give us a call or manage your appointments and bills through the Patient Portal.

If you cancel outside your provider’s policy (typically 2448 hours before the appointment), you may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Please refer to your provider’s disclosure for the details of their cancellation policy. Late cancellation fees are charged at the sole discretion of your provider.
