We are all born with limitless intelligence, lovability, beauty and goodness. As we go through life society strips us of our dopamine and trains us to limit ourselves. In our adventure together we will learn what your unnecessary limitations are and work to gain back access to your true self, the self you’ve always been. Utilizing play therapy, Bowenian therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods we will use your strength to tap into your true joy and meet your goals.

In my free time I dream of being a homesteader. I’m an awesome cook but a terrible gardener. Every day is a lesson from nature that I can have an intention but nature does what nature does.

In addition to holding my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, I have 15 years’ experience in working with trauma associated with intimate partner violence and childhood sexual and physical assault as well as a certificate in spiritual psychology.
