Overview
I use person centered therapy to collaboratively help the client build self-esteem, healthy relationships, and develop obtainable goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to aid in the growth of the client's mental health and resilience to the barriers they face. I use CBT+ Child Trauma, to assist in reducing the symptoms of trauma for our youth that experience violence or extreme loss. I work with children and parents on appropriate communication between each other and how to better understand impulse control associated to AD/HD and OCD.
