Overview

With over 15 years of journeying through life, business, and community mental health, I’ve not only grown as a professional but also as a person who deeply cares about the well-being of others. My Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology was more than just an academic pursuit—it was a calling that shaped my passion for helping people navigate their most challenging times.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through some of their darkest and toughest moments, whether dealing with trauma, substance or sex addiction or relational struggles. My time at Multicare Behavioral Health and Orting High School taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, empathy, and the power of human connection.

I see each client as a whole person, with a unique story that deserves to be heard and understood. My goal is to offer a space where they feel truly seen, cared for, and supported on their path to healing.
