Founder of "Simple Changes," Vanessa Jarrett, has been dedicated to the fields of substance use disorder and mental health since 2017, starting with a degree in Addiction Studies from EWU. Furthering her passion, she obtained two master's degrees from GCU in mental health and addiction counseling. Licensed as an MHP, SUDP, and LMHCA, her expertise spans residential treatment to crisis intervention, with a belief in the power of one-on-one therapy.
Vanessa's journey, marked by personal recovery since 2005, fuels her commitment to ensure no one feels alone in their path to recovery. Her past experiences shape her empathetic approach, teaching invaluable lessons and driving her to make impactful changes without regret.
