Hello, welcome to seeking support for life's challenges. I provide a safe and supportive environment for client growth. Parenting and family issues can bring things to the surface that catch us off guard. I specializing in working with those with anxiety and facing life's difficult challenges. I believe that everyone needs and deserves individualized therapy for their specific needs.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and NCC-Board Certified Counselor. I have been in Western Washington for the past 12 years. I understand the challenges life can bring and that has fueled my desire to become a counselor. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, yoga and time with my family. I also work for a local non-profit that provides services to children and their families as my "other job".
