I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master of Science in Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. I have worked in various settings, including community mental health, residential facilities, and community outreach teams. My therapy approach is eclectic, integrative, and based on individual needs. I focus on strengths and person-centered care, meeting clients where they are in their journey. I aim to facilitate self-awareness, acceptance, empowerment, and autonomy. As a trauma-informed provider, I strive to create a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and finding balance.
