Most of my clients are working to overcome co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach and mindfulness, I meet clients where they are and help them move forward. I am an LGBTQIA+-affirming clinical social worker and substance use disorder professional focusing on trauma, bipolar disorders, substance use disorders, and anxiety. My approach is humanistic, client-centered, and emphasizes mindfulness.
