Life is a journey, and through its challenges, we grow wiser and more mindful. I provide a safe space where you will feel understood, validated, and empowered to deal with your life challenges. My therapeutic style is open, compassionate, and collaborative, tailoring approaches including mindfulness, attachment-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to your unique needs.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transitions, grief, and loss. As an immigrant myself, I offer culturally specific therapy to assist immigrant families, especially Asian Americans, in acculturating to life in the United States. With over 20 years of experience in corporate IT and owning a trading company, I bring a unique perspective to counseling. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
