As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, I help clients reach their potential. With 15 years of diverse healthcare experience, I have a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. I understand the challenges my clients face, as I have personally lived with depression, anxiety, and undiagnosed ADHD.

My holistic approach includes collaboration, education, medication intervention, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, skills training, and spirituality. Currently accepting clients aged 18 and above for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues.
