My goal is to help you regain access to your inner wisdom for self-advocacy. I have experience working with at-risk youth, foster care, LGBTQ+ population, aging, and disability individuals in various clinical settings. I utilize emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, trauma-focused therapy, and addiction treatment. I am influenced by social justice therapy, attachment and abandonment traumas, sports therapy, existential and behavioral theories, brief solution therapy, and Jungian enthusiast.
