Suffering is a natural part of life, and I want to help you make meaning from it. Together, we'll uncover the unique expressions of your suffering and create a safe space for exploration.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy art, water activities, and spending time with my cats. With a Master's in Psychology and over a decade of experience, I'm here to support you on your journey.
