Greetings! My name is Jamie McConnell and I'm here to help you navigate through difficult transitions in your life. My practice focuses on developing therapeutic trust through compassion and unconditional positive regard. I challenge, encourage, and guide you in navigating through difficulties you are facing. I bring a wealth of knowledge from past experiences working in non-profits, government, and private sectors. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Oregon and earned a Master of Social Work at the University of Washington. I'm a mother, wife, sister, friend, and genuinely love helping others.
