I specialize in couples therapy for partners navigating high conflict, emotional disconnection, betrayal, substance use concerns, and major relationship transitions. My approach is structured, direct, and supportive. Helping couples slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and learn how to interrupt destructive cycles that repeat.
I primarily offer private-pay couples therapy, which allows for longer sessions, greater flexibility, and a more focused, consistent approach.
