Overview
I believe in each individual's potential for healthy growth and change. At times, we all feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression. We all face loss or difficulties in work or relationships. I have successfully worked with individuals, couples and families to work through distress, deepen self awareness and achieve changes to lead more fulfilling emotional, relational and professional lives. Additionally, I have led anger groups, helped individuals deal with loss, led parenting groups, and addiction prevention classes. Exploring a relationship with a therapist is a big step.
