I believe that we are complex beings of thoughts, emotions, knowledge, beliefs, behaviors, and experiences. My approach is to use a foundation of compassion and empathy with cognitive-behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), and positive psychology therapeutic interventions. My goal is to provide support with trauma-informed care practices in a safe and non-judgmental environment so that you may overcome stressors, heal, and grow.

Andrea has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
