Overview

I have had the privilege of counseling individuals, couples, including groups with identifying and overcoming life’s challenges for several years. Such challenges may consist of navigating grief, spirituality, anxiety, depression, divorce, trauma, sexual abuse, post-partum depression, PTSD, and more. Those whom I have been fortunate to support are individuals who range from late teens to seasoned elders. My approach is first to meet you where you are and to support you in the path that you desire to take.

I value holding a safe space for anyone I encounter by empathetically meeting them where they are. Such space, you are safe without any judgment. I recognize that there are variations of pain, often associated with letters that formulate sounds, sounds that produce words, words that create sentences, and sentences that eventually develop stories.
