Overview
The clients I serve come as they are and are met where they're at. They may be neurotypical or neurodivergent. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, disordered eating, etc. They are seeking support and they might not know where to start.
At Seeking Connection Counseling Services, I provide mental health services that are accessible to individuals with or without disabilities. I take a strengths based system approach to identify supportive people in their life and ways to grow pre-existing strengths. I utilize TF-CBT, Cognitive Reframing and Motivational Interviewing.
