Overview
As a mental health counselor, I have been able to help teens and adults as they navigate some of life's greatest challenges. I received my master's in counseling in 2018 and have worked with a variety of clients over the last 13 years.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as a solution focused and client centered approach within my practice. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and providing a safe and comfortable space to have difficult conversations. By creating an environment where you can be your true self and feel comfortable expressing your feelings without judgment, we can work together to obtain your treatment goals.
