Hi, I'm Becka.

If your looking to improve your self-esteem, tackle depression or anxiety, or going though a life transition (going to college, retirement, break up/divorce, empty nest, and so much more), then you've come to the right place.

I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and work with individuals ages 15 and up.

My approach to therapy uses both evidence based and holistic practices to tailor a treatment plan to your specific needs.

Some of the modalities I use are ACT, DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also incorporate mindfulness, deep breathing, imagery and art therapy into sessions.
